Booking Policy
Attire Guidelines:
We appreciate our guests’ individuality and creativity in their attire. We promote a Smart Casual dress code.
Weekend Attire Guidelines:
We kindly request our guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, loungewear, and beachwear such as tracksuits, gym leggings, shorts, flip flops, beach sliders, and caps during their visit. Men may wear smart shorts and open-toed sandals, but not after 8:30pm.
Weekend Age Policy:
On Fridays and Saturdays, guests under 21 years of age are welcome in the restaurant until 8:30pm. We reserve the right to ask for age verification if necessary.
Reservations:
Our bookings are exclusively for dining experiences. Meanwhile, outdoor reservations are dependent on the weather. Please note that our operational hours may vary on bank holidays. For groups of 10 or more, we do require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
Cake Policy:
While we permit guests to bring their own cakes (except pastries & cupcakes) , we regretfully cannot store them in advance. Guests are responsible for the care and handling of their cakes
Special Celebrations:
For those celebrating a special occasion, we offer to make it extra special for you. Contact us to pre-order your preferred celebratory dessert, complete with a personalised message and a candle.
Cancellation Policy:
We require your card details to secure your booking. Please be aware that failure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, or in case of a no-show, will result in a charge of £20 per guest. For groups of 10 or more, we do require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
